What can I do if I have techinical questions or if my device is defective?

Which information has to be on the receipt?
"It is mandatory that the invoice contains the following significant inforamtions:
- 1. Invoice date/Order date
- 2. Full type- or product description
- 3. Purchase price
- 4. Name and adress of the retailer
- 5. Tax ID and commercial register of the retailer
- 6. Invoicenumber"
What can I do if my added value has not been transferred or delivered?
"In this case you are going to receive an E-Mail in which you are asked to delivere/correct your address or bank data. Please answer to this mail with the corresponding data. We will then try to transfer/deliever the added value for another time."
